Vingroup is one of Vietnam’s leading enterprises. VinWonders, its entertainment brand, owns world-class theme parks and is the number 1 brand in Vietnam when it comes to entertainment, discovery, cultural, and festival experiences.
Over the last years, the theme park chain has invested heavily in adding immersive experiences to their parks - VinWonders - Ha Noi, VinWonders - Phu Quoc, and VinWonders - Nha Trang: the latter is the one that hosts Tata World River Adventure, the dark ride for which we created the media content.
VinWonders - Nha Trang, the park where the attraction is located, already had the IP of Princess Tata: it started as one of the park’s shows, and they wanted to make it the main story for their newest ride, called Tata World River Adventure.
Our client involved us and several other companies in the project, such as Jora Vision for the design, Interlink for the ride, IMAscore for the soundtrack, United Arts for the theming, and LifeFormations for the animatronics: our collective effort was essential to deliver a fully immersive ride experience with intricate theming, animatronics, integrated digital media, and a custom music score.
We took care of all the media content for the attraction and the voiceovers for both the pre-show and the main show: complexively, we produced 16 videos of various lengths, from 6 seconds up to 5 minutes.
The project features a sequence of content using mixed techniques, not only in terms of the technologies employed but also in artistic choices. The various involved technologies encompass not only traditional screen projections but also video mapping and the Pepper's ghost technique, skillfully designed to seamlessly blend various elements, from theming to animatronics.

Artistically, the decision was made to create some content in CGI animation and others in traditional 2D animation. This mix was intriguing for us to explore, and it was rewarding to leverage our expertise in this creative endeavor.
The project flow was very smooth, thanks to the excellent design work by Jora Vision, which allowed us to quickly grasp the vision of the attraction and how to approach content creation. The materials were excellent and extremely accurate, enabling us to focus intensively on the meticulous details.
Our creativity was dedicated to respecting the vision of Jora Vision and Vinpearl.
It was crucial for us to constantly collaborate and align with Jora Vision about the materials produced, ensuring perfect synchronization with the rest of the involved team.
“At Jora Vision, we prefer to collaborate with companies that do not only offer great products but also have the same vision for creating exciting and wonderful experiences. This is what we found in Red Raion, a state of mind focused on giving the highest possible experience value to the visitor as it is clear from the CGI content they deliver.”
