Candidates
Pre-selection

After the job ad closing date, we start analyzing and selecting the most promising candidates. At this point, we may contact you to talk about the role and schedule an interview.

Introductory Interviews

The interviews provide an excellent opportunity for a mutual introduction, allowing us to gain an understanding of your aspirations, technical skills for the job, as well as to ascertain your personality in order to gauge how you would fit in with our team.

Final Selection And Offer

If you’ve made it to this phase, you are among the front runners for the position!  After reviewing the outcome of the various assessment stages, it’s time to make a choice and notify the selected candidate for the job. 

Onboarding

If you are the lucky one, your manager will explain to you in more detail what is expected of you, how the team works and everything you need to set you up for success from your first day at Red Raion.

Job Openings

As Tech Support you will support the team in the production phases and give support during trade fairs and industry events in which the company participates, providing technical assistance too.

  • Technical support to the production team
  • Technical support during trade fairs and industry events in which the company participates
  • Registration of reports, maintaining an accurate database of applied solutions
  • Identifying any trends, suggesting improvements to products or support processes
  • Collaboration with the commercial department to provide technical assistance
  • Arranging materials to bring to trade shows
  • Management of customer requests, acquiring technical specifications and offering personalized assistance
  • Preparation of client materials, including export and correction of footage
  • Uploading content to dedicated cloud platforms
  • Management of corporate storage and backup, both physical and cloud
  • Device management for customers
  • Coordination of the “installation and tech support on-site” team

  • GPU to CPU rendering skills
  • Editing Expertise (Premiere or Davinci Resolve)
  • Knowledge of Unreal Engine 4 and 5
  • Basic knowledge of blueprint programming on Unreal Engine
  • Knowledge of video formats and audio-video codecs
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Collaborative spirit and problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
  • Experience in rendering video formats such as VR (360°) and DOME (180° Fish eye)
  • Experience in basic programming (Python, C++)

It also requires seriousness, responsibility, strong organizational skills, good dialectic and propensity for teamwork.
