Candidates
Pre-selection

After the job ad closing date, we start analyzing and selecting the most promising candidates. At this point, we may contact you to talk about the role and schedule an interview.

Introductory Interviews

The interviews provide an excellent opportunity for a mutual introduction, allowing us to gain an understanding of your aspirations, technical skills for the job, as well as to ascertain your personality in order to gauge how you would fit in with our team.

Final Selection And Offer

If you’ve made it to this phase, you are among the front runners for the position!  After reviewing the outcome of the various assessment stages, it’s time to make a choice and notify the selected candidate for the job. 

Onboarding

If you are the lucky one, your manager will explain to you in more detail what is expected of you, how the team works and everything you need to set you up for success from your first day at Red Raion.

Job Openings

As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for keeping the accounts of a joint-stock company, drawing up the valid accounting entries for the preparation of the financial statements, organizing and archiving all the supporting administrative documentation.
Working within the Administration team you will be responsible for carrying out the following duties:

  • Keeping of accounting records and drafting of the financial statements
  • Filing of administrative documents
  • Export monthly accounting reports, for example:
    • Aeging customers/suppliers
    • Active/passive turnover analysis
    • Summary printouts of accounting records
    • VAT settlements
    • Statement of tax payments
    • Labor cost analysis
  • Management of all tax obligations due, in collaboration with the tax consultant
  • Management of administrative duties towards public bodies for present and future projects, in particular:
    • Archiving and organization of documents valid for the various monitoring
    • Management of correspondence with the public utility company
    • Organization of time and work to finalize reports

  • Master’s Degree in Economics
  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in the bookkeeping of corporations in total autonomy
  • In-depth knowledge of TeamSystem’s Polyedro management system
  • Knowledge of written and spoken English (minimum requirement: B2)
  • Thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Excel tool

It also requires seriousness, responsibility, strong organizational skills, good dialectic and propensity for teamwork.
